Can the Western Diet be Healthy

Bread, potatoes and packet food we are all familiar with these staple carbohydrates in the Western food diet.


There is speculation that these foods are one of the causes of chronic health diseases bracing the Western World including Type 2 Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease and Bowel Cancer.


Can the Western Food Diet be balanced for health or is it time to adopt a new approach?
